With a passion for safety, Mitch not only brings his knowledge but also his practical experience working with farmers and agricultural workers, providing essential training and guidance. He has worked as an internal auditor and safety advisor across a diverse range of industries, including agriculture. His commitment goes beyond just meeting safety standards; he's dedicated to helping clients cultivate a deeper understanding of safety awareness, especially in the context of farm operations. Mitch holds a Diploma in Project Management and Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety whilst also undertaking a Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety. Mitch has extensive experience working with safety management systems and specifically ISO management systems.

Danielle is the Managing Director and co-founder of ProcessWorx which was established in 2012 to provide small business with access to expertise, systems and support traditionally only affordable to large organisations.
Danielle commenced her career with the Reserve Bank of Australia after studying Economics. She has over 20 years experience in Australia and overseas working with recruitment, human resources and technology consultancies.
Danielle has provided strategic direction on people management and process development as part of management teams and in a consulting capacity. More recently Danielle has worked with Australian SMEs across diverse industries to improve their success through development of better people and process management.
