His background includes managing a range of state and national HR programs within government, community and commercial sectors in organisations with strong service-oriented cultures. Clint has been part of the Rural Edge team since 2014 and in 2017 developed, Managing Employees in your Farm Business (Originally Being a Better Boss: Team Productivity); Team Dynamics for your Farm Business (Originally Time Management); on behalf of Rural Edge (then PinG WA) and it's national PinG Alliance counterparts, training a network of facilitators across Australia.
