She has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology and Human Resources Management. Having worked for both private businesses and unions she has the ability to reflect and provide practical HR/IR advice with an understanding from many perspectives. Stephanie has extensive experience across multiple industries in Award interpretation and HR/IR assistance. She also has assisted employers and employees to resolve disputes in the Fair Work Commission and WA Industrial Relations Commission. Stephanie has a passion for working with small businesses and Farmers to assist with Award interpretation, performance management and legislative compliance.
